Newborn Growth Charts – RCP form #012 - Atlantic Newborn Growth Chart has been replaced with the Fenton Growth Chart for Girls and Boys. The form is being distributed with annual chart form orders to hospitals in NS. The form has been forwarded to Provincial E-Forms for inclusion. A copy of the form is also posted on the RCP website.
ALARM Course – RCP is hosting two ALARM courses in 2017. The May course is completely full however there is still space available for the November 2017 course. Please check the RCP website for the registration form for the November course.
Prenatal Record Revision - The Nova Scotia Prenatal Record (Form 1, 2, and 3) is being revised. A committee with representation from across the province has been formed to assist RCP with the revision process. This will involve conducting a literature review and environmental scan across the country to explore the available evidence in this area. Additionally, a plan for a survey to request feedback from Prenatal Record users is underway and it will be sent out in the near future. The survey will offer options for both fax and online responses.
