NRP Instructor Candidate - Letter of Support
If you are submitting an application to attend an NRP Instructor Workshop your are required to have sponsorship from an institution that supports neonatal resuscitation prgramming.
- Please have your sponsoring organization / employer complete the letter of support below.
- The letter of support can be submitted directly by clicking the "submit button" on the bottom of the fillable pdf form, or by saving a copy of the completed form ans submitting to nrp.rcp@iwk.nshealth.ca.
