The Perinatal Epidemiology Research Unit (PERU) of Dalhousie University is pleased to present its second 10 year indicator report on perinatal data from the Nova Scotia Atlee Perinatal Database (NSAPD). Entitled Nova Scotia Atlee Perinatal Database Report of Indicators: 2002-2011, the report shows using simple graphs and tables, statistics on deliveries and births, perinatal and infant mortality, labour and birth processes, determinants of maternal, fetal and infant health and their health outcomes.
This is the second NSAPD indicator report PERU has published. September 2011, they produced the Nova Scotia Atlee Perinatal Database Report of Indicators: 2000-2009.
The Atlee Perinatal Database provides data and statistics to Nova Scotia hospitals and care providers for health services planning to help to ensure quality care for women and newborns in the province.
