Details of the Nova Scotia 2014-15 Influenza Vaccination Program are now available from the Nova Scotia Department of Health and Wellness. Healthy pregnant women at any stage of pregnancy are considered high priority for influenza vaccine due to the risk of influenza-associated maternal morbidity and evidence that maternal vaccination protects newborns.
