ACORN Provider Workshop - October 16th-17th, 2026 (IWK)

Workshop Information:

• ACoRN is a 12-hour workshop held over 2-days
• Attendance for the full workshop duration is mandatory for successful completion.
• Workshops are held at the location indicated for each event date.
• Please read times carefully as the beginning and ending times may vary for each workshop event.
• ACoRN online exam must be completed and certificate submitted prior to attendance at the workshop.

Schedule:

• Friday, October 16th from 1800h-2100h
• Saturday, October 17th, from 0800h-1700h

There is a registration fee of $350 to attend the ACoRN provider workshop (*learner rate available). Please complete the interest form, then you will be contacted to confirm your registration and provided with payment details at that time.

*Learners include nursing students, medical students, medical residents and fellows.

Cancellation Policy

• Participants who are unable to attend the course and provide less than two weeks’ notice will be charged a cancellation fee of half the course rate:
  • $175 for regular staff rate
  • $75 for trainees
• Participants who are unable to attend the course and provide less than 3 days’ notice will be charged the full course rate:
  • $350 for regular staff rate
  • $150 for trainees
