RCP Breastfeeding Forms – RCP’s revised Breastfeeding forms are in the process of being printed and will soon be available for use. During the revision process we sought input from breastfeeding experts across the province; those who support women throughout pregnancy and into motherhood. RCP’s overall intent has been to offer a consistent and streamlined approach to documenting assessments, breastfeeding support, and education. These records will be an asset to groups interested in pursuing Baby-Friendly designation and will provide new mothers (upon discharge) the opportunity to take information with them for sharing with others who will support her decision to breastfeed. Stay tuned for more information!
