A new pathway document - NS Health Prenatal Care Pathway Guide has been developed as a resource to guide health care providers in supporting patients to gain access to prenatal services in locations where patients live or prefer to receive care. The information within the resource highlights the care patients may access by self-referral or through services requiring a formalized referral. It also provides relevant forms and links. The pathway has been posted on the NSH Innovation Hub: Nurse Practitioner Onboarding and Resources page.
